At Oak & Steel, we want every client to feel completely confident when purchasing from us. Each timepiece we sell is carefully inspected, authenticated, and supported by our dedicated aftersales service.

Return Policy

14-Day Return Guarantee

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your watch to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided that:


  • The watch is returned in the same condition as supplied, with no signs of wear or alteration.

  • All original items are included (box, papers, accessories, warranty cards, etc.).

  • The watch has not been tampered with or opened by a third party.

How to Arrange a Return


  1. Contact us at [insert email address] within 14 days of delivery, quoting your order number.

  2. Our team will provide return instructions, including secure packaging guidelines.

  3. You will be responsible for arranging insured return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds


  • Once received, all returns are inspected by our specialists.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of inspection.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Exclusions

Returns may not be accepted in the following cases:


  • Bespoke or specially sourced watches (where this has been agreed in advance).

  • Watches that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Warranty Information

24-Month Warranty

Every Oak & Steel timepiece is covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

What Our Warranty Covers


  • Manufacturing and mechanical faults.

  • The movement, hands, and dial.

  • All work carried out under warranty will be completed by an authorised specialist at no cost to you.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover


  • Damage caused by impact, misuse, or negligence.

  • Water damage (unless the watch is certified as water-resistant and used correctly).

  • Wear and tear such as scratches to the case, bracelet, or crystal.

  • Loss, theft, or tampering by an unauthorised third party.

Making a Warranty Claim


  1. Contact us at returns@oakandsteel.exchange with your order number and details of the fault.

  2. We will guide you through securely returning your watch for inspection.

  3. If covered, repairs will be carried out at no cost. If not, a quotation will be provided before any work is done.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

Some watches may still carry an original manufacturer’s warranty, which can be used alongside Oak & Steel’s coverage.
